RQube is an advisory practice. We bring the perspective of someone who has led the function, sat in the boardroom and carried accountability for the outcome. We won't run your audit, manage your marketing, or step into your finance team's seat — that's not our climb to make. What we do is walk the path with you: pointing out where the controls are thin, where the story behind the numbers doesn't yet hold up, and where an action plan isn't strong enough to close the gap.
