Rekha Vishwanath

Rekha Vishwanath

Co-Founder and Director

Rekha Vishwanath brings over 30 years of global finance, enterprise risk, and corporate governance leadership across technology, e-commerce, logistics, financial services, energy, and manufacturing. She has held senior roles at Amazon, Reliance Capital, Genpact/Mondelez, and Schlumberger — leading internal audit and compliance for Amazon India's last-mile network, directing enterprise-wide audit and assurance across Reliance Capital's lending, insurance, and asset management businesses, and serving as CFO for Schlumberger's India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka operations. She also led Schlumberger's global logistics sourcing transformation, managing $2 billion in annual spend across more than 2,000 suppliers. She previously served as Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairperson of Tata Advanced Materials Limited, a Tata Group company.

Rekha is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 19) and Cost Accountant, and has completed executive education at IMD Lausanne and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is currently a DBA candidate researching ESG institutionalisation and organisational capability development. At RQube, she focuses on enterprise risk management, governance, and finance advisory, helping clients build the controls and oversight structures that underpin sustainable growth.

Ravi Vishwanath

Ravi Vishwanath

Co-Founder and Director

Ravi brings over 30 years of leadership in health insurance, healthcare, and managed care across India, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He has held CEO and President-level roles at Narayana One Health, Reliance Health Insurance, HDFC ERGO, and Apollo Munich, building and scaling businesses across product, distribution, technology, and operations. At HDFC ERGO, he led the Accident & Health business — the second-largest retail health insurer in India — delivering roughly $650 million in annual premiums through a team of over 2,500 colleagues and 140,000 advisors across 170 cities. At Apollo Munich, as Chief Marketing Officer, he helped grow revenue from ₹480 million to over ₹7 billion in under five years. He also founded and led Reliance Health Insurance from the ground up, and earlier held regional leadership roles across AIG and AIA spanning India, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.

Most recently, Ravi served as CEO of Narayana One Health, helping shape an integrated model spanning healthcare, health financing, and health services, and now continues as Non-Executive Director at Narayana Health Insurance. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and completed the Digital Business Leadership Program at Columbia Business School. At RQube, he advises clients on insurance, brand building, business transformation, and strategy — bringing a builder's perspective to organizations navigating growth, integration, and change.
